Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you type in yourself: name, phone number, email.
• Booking details: service, specialist, appointment time, who the session is for, and a child's age if you give it.
• What you write in enquiries, the chat, workshop registrations or job applications (including your CV).
• General visit statistics without cookies: which pages are visited and where visits come from (e.g. Instagram or Google), with no data that identifies you.

We never ask for medical or treatment details on the website, and never for card details. Payment is made through a secure KNET link from the bank.

Why we use it

• To confirm and remind you of appointments and send your payment link.
• To reply to your enquiries and register you for workshops.
• To ask for your feedback after a session so we can improve.
• To review job applications.

Who can see it

Only authorised Life Center staff, each according to their role (for example, reception for bookings). We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We use trusted technology providers to host the website and process forms; they store data on our behalf only.

Confidentiality

What is said in sessions stays confidential under professional ethics and is not stored in the website system.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details while you are our client and for as long as applicable regulations require, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Contact us by phone or the enquiry page and we will respond within working days.

Protection

The website is encrypted (https), staff pages are protected by personal passwords, and we keep a record of who changes data.
